In another year of partnership, our fellows in pediatric and neonatal anesthesia participated in the bootcamp organized and hosted by colleagues from the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, in the United States. For a whole day, they had realistic simulation activities, workshops and an oral exam simulation. Our fellows were able to delve deeper into various topics in pediatric anesthesia, as well as establish partnerships with colleagues from the United States. In 2024, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia bootcamp welcomed more than 50 trainees from all over the country. Drs. Vinicius Quintão, Gabriel Soares and Fernando Cançado also participated as instructors.
